CAC enabling program "ActiveClient"

Normally ActiveClient 6.2.0.50 is installed on a WIN7 OS. Using Parallels 11, when a try to instal the program I receive a failure notice "This installation package is not supported by this processor type. Contact your product vendor".
Any suggestions?
End result is to use a CAC Card in WIN7 Guest OS. Thanks,
