Cache Policy in new Beta

What are your experiences with these settings? Which one works better for you under what OS?
Virtual Machine or Mac OS X.
 
I also would like to know what the difference is between the two. (I also asked this question in the beta discussion trhead - but in case this thread catches someone's eye I'll ask here too.)

Can someone elaborate on what this does and what the differences between the two should be?
 
I know what it is but looking for other people experiences. BTW this is Parallels Answer to some hack (Don't remember it now) that changed memory caching. For some people including myself using this hack it work prev version worked better. Looks like some of us do not have to use the hack anymore.
