Camera not recognized for neither Skype nor MSN

Hello,

I recently purchased Parallels Desktop and I am currently running Windows 7 Ultimate on a Macbook Air.

However, whenever I run Skype or MSN and try to initiate video calling, both applications do not recognize my camera and request I purchase one online.

Is there a solution to that please?
