I see references to migrating a PC to a VM back in v9 and earlier - is this not possible anymore? The PC in question is 64-bit Windows 7 installed on an Acer all-in-one PC. I'd be using it with the latest version of Parallels Desktop in a new iMac running Sierra. Thanks for any input- Andrew
Parallels Desktop 12 for Mac offers a PC migration experience that is faster, more stable, fast and much easier to follow. Check this out Note: Parallels Desktop does not support migrating Windows dynamic volumes (in which size is not fixed, as it is in basic volumes). They are migrated as data disks only. You can add them later to an existing virtual machine. Also, please read KB #119172 before proceeding with migration.
