Can I delete Windows alias icons from desktop?

When I installed Parallels on my new computer I was prompted to install Windows. That apparently downloaded the alias icon. But I already had Windows so now I have two alias icons: Windows 10 and Windows 10 1. Parallels is using Windows 10 1.

Can I delete both icons? Or just the one not being used? Both alias icons apparently point to the original .pvm file in my user folder/Parallels/Windows 10.pvm

You can delete both of the alias icons if you want. This won't affect the virtual machines.
