Can I insall Windows 7 Upgrade on a new Parallels?

Hi,

I have just purchased Parallels 6.0 for Mac, but I don't yet have Windows. I am a student and wanted to purchase Windows via Microsoft's student offer, but I've only just realised that it's the Upgrade version. Will I be able to install this onto Parallels, or will I need to buy the full version instead?

You need to have an eligible version of Windows already to use the upgrade version of Windows. You should return the upgrade version and get a full version.
