Can I restore my windows files from my Time Machine backups?

Hello.
My Mac was stolen. Will I be able to restore my windows files from my Time Machine backups on a new Mac?

Hello, if you made a backup of your VM -> yes you will be able to restore it.
Do you need any help with your Parallels Account password resetting?
 
Sorry. I was able to reinstall Parallels and install Windows again. How can I check my time machine backups if my windows files are there? Thx.
