Can I safely rename the computer in Windows?

After the Windows side of my computer became unusable a few weeks ago, a Level 2 tech from Parallels created a new VM for me.

The "new" Windows 10 computer shows in the Finder and Windows File Explorer as "SHEILAMARTIN9DCB."

Can I safely rename the computer, using Control Panels in Windows 10 ? Or will that cause me more grief?
