Can I upgrade Parallels 9 to version 16 (Or latest) ??

Hello dear friends,
I have Parallels version 9 license key, so can I have the upgrade deal? or I should buy a new full version, again??!
- Does Microsoft Windows 11 install in the latest version of parallels?

Hello To activate Parallels Desktop with an upgrade license, you need two keys: the upgrade key for the version you are installing, and a key for one of previous versions.
