    Hello,
I searched and this wasn't covered in other posts (that I could find). I don't mean to be a bother but I've tried multiple ways to transfer a .pvm linux file from my Intel-based MacBook Pro over to my new M4 iMac (Sequoia 15.3.2, 36gb) with no success. I can't compress the file. I tried using the "Go" command and "Connect to Server" with no success. I tried moving the file to the Public Folder on the new Mac with no success. I tried using FTP and SFTP--again: no success. Each time, the sequence errors out with a common complaint "error -100"
Just to be clear: I transferred the license from the OLD Mac to the NEW Mac (if that makes a difference)
Here's what I'm trying to do: use an existing SGI-Linux (Lirix) based .pvm on my new iMac ~because~ no matter what I try, I cannot make a VM out of the ISO (I believe it requires an Intel chip); however, I even tried to create a .pvm with the Intel/Rosetta binaries checked off; however, there's no way to "Open" or import the ISO; hence, my repeated attempts to copy over the .pvm to the new Mac.
Again, I hope I'm not repeating other posts. I'm at my wits end.
