I usually can access my Windows partition disk via the "[C] My Boot Camp" smart folder in my OS X Finder.

Recently this has stopped working, with the following message appearing:

"There was a problem connecting to the server 127.0.0.1". This file server will not allow any additional users to lot on. Try to connect again later"

I've restarted everything, but this problem persists.

    I'm running Parallels Desktop 13.1.1 (43120)

    Any thoughts/solution?

I'm not sure how to post a new thread in this forum, but I'm having the same problem. I MacBook Pro locks up when trying to access Parallels 13.0.1 (that is version given in Content folder for Parallels app found in Finder App folder). I do not get an error message, just a revolving color wheel or black screen. Using advice given above, how do I download the update to 13.2? I can't access Parallels from my MacBook pro without locking the computer up.
