I am trying to activate parallels desktop 10 on my new macbook, but did not deactivate before wiping my old computer. Is there any way to activate it now?
Hello DanielK14, please quit Parallels Desktop now. Then, open Terminal (Finder > Go > Utilities > Terminal). Inside the Terminal window, enter the command 'prlsrvctl activate-license-online' (without the quotes) and hit 'Return'. Wait till the operation completes. Then, close Terminal and re-attempt the activation ie Please click on two red lines(On the Mac menu bar) > Account & Licensing > Enter a key > Now enter your key and check if this works. Thanks!
