Can not connect from Vista

We have been using 2x Appserver for 6 months no problems using XP machines. We are using Appserver 3.4 with similiar age client.

We had a few remote user switch to Vista and we cannot get them to connect with either the old client or the version 5.

Version 3 client connects and sees the apps but cannot launch the app.
Version 5 will not even connect to the server

Any help is appreciated!! TS Server is Windows 2003 Server
 
version 5 client will not work with 3.4

You would need to be running version 5 of both the client and the server.
