can not initialize unallocated disk

i have tried following parallels instructions 1000 times to initialize new disk. it tells you what you are suppossed to do but it says after you click disk management that it will start to initialize automatically and mine does not

and exactly where do i find my partition expert that was suppossed to be in my downgrade to 4.0? its not in spotlight

Press Command-Shift-3 to make a screenshot. The file with picture will appear on your Mac Desktop.

parallels crashed computer

now i had to get another computer. i have bought parallels from its release and every upgrade. i never got 4.0 working right before my crash. i bought upgrade on 12/11 my email you sent with link to upgrade is now gone. how do i reinstall parallels on my new computer now?
