Can not install HP Laser Color Printer (network attached)

I would like to seek for some help installing HP Laser Color Printer in my company network in my Windows XP Virtual Machine running PD6. Here are the detail:

- MacOS: 10.6.6
- Windows XP Pro on PD6
- Parallels Tool installed
- IP on MacOS: 192.168.16.116
- IP on VM: 10.211.55.6

I have 2 printers on my company network:

- HP LaserJet 2035N: This one installed and working well.
- HP Color Laser Printer 1515N: This one have problem installing it. To install, I run the setup.exe. But the appplication could not detect the printer on the network. Even I tried manually enter the IP address of the printer (192.168.16.xxx) for the application to scan but no success.

I do notice that uner Mac OS Preferences, Network, it lists down only Airport, USB Ethernet and my 3G Huawei USB. If I remember correctly, there should be some bridging interface here between MacOS and the virtual machine. (Pls see the below image). May be this is the root of the issue???

Had similar problem with networked printer running Win7 VM

Set up printer on MacOS and it was then available to Win7 on VM
