can not install parallels

getting the same error - "no device drivers were found. make sure that the installation media contains the correct drivers, and then click OK"

tried following paul's link to re-download the .iso file but i don't see how to get a free/trial version there.

seriously parallels.....this should be easy. i just want to run windows on my mac.

Now I get Windows boot error "No boot device is available". I have download the Windows 10 iso.
I think I need to uninstall parallels and start from the beginning but I don't know how.

I am having the same problem as William4 (same screen he has sent). I've downloaded the ISO file from Microsoft and am trying to install Windows 10 for the first time.

Which driver is missing?

Thank you

Hello @LuizA1
Did you purchase the academic version of Windows 10? The license which you've have purchased is for single language or multilingual? Did you try to "uncheck express installation" while creating the virtual machine and performed the installation process?
