Can not register my key under my parallel account

Dears,

Since i recived my parallel keys i tried several times to register my key due to a message stating "This license key is already registered in a different account."

Can you please help?

I logon to parallel using my email Muhammed.AMustafa@Gmail.COM, and need this key to be registered under that account so I can manage my subscription

I noticed that the Key is active under my corporate email, i need to change it to my personal email, but unfortantually when i tried login parallels.com by corporate email, then chnage the email address, i got a message saying that the email is already in use.

Would you please help me change my purchases and subscriptions?

I can provide both corporate and personal emails when needed, but do not know why no ticket got crated.
