Can not renew (We're sorry, this link has expired to protect your data privacy.)

Sigh!!!
Whatever I do, I can not renew as the system want to send me a link to update payment details. That mail NEVER arrives, is not in the spam,....
Already opened 2 tickets with support : no response!
What to do? People @ Parallels, do you read this ? I am not the only one? Should I move on and move to VMWare??

 

i am having the same problem!
i can't renew it, as it never sends the email. i've seen some staff do it manually, and was hoping to find someone here as a last resort.
hoping to get this fixed asap
