Can not transfer old version to a new device

Hello,

I have a valid license key for Parallels version 12 and need to transfer it to a new Mac (it's an old MacBook), but I am unable to activate the license because of the following error:

"This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies."

I have logged out of the account on the old device but am still receiving this error and I haven't found any other way to unregister the key from the old device.

Any help will be appreciated.

Please note that we have reset the activation limit of your Parallels Desktop 12 registration key.
Kindly try again.
If the issue persists, kindly provide us with the screenshot of the error message that you are receiving.
