Can not transfer used PD 10 license to a new mac

    Hi,

    I've got a new Mac and try to transfer my PD 10 license. Unfortunately the described way doesn't work. In my PD 10 there ist no menu item "account and license" (in German "Konto und Lizenz"). So, how am I able to get my PD 10 license to my new Mac?

    Hi Maria,
    I tried to activate the PD 10 key again, but it doesn't work. I got this message (translated from German):
    "You have reached the maximum number of activations allowed for your activation key (http://www.parallels.com/de/eula). Please buy a new product license."

    Hi Maria, I'm still waiting for an answer from you. Although you said, thet you've resetted the key for the PD 10 license I'm not able to activate my PD 10 license again on my new Mac.
    Please help me! It is very, very urgent, 'cause I need some Windows files to continue my work.
