so I've installed High Sierra on a new SSD and migrated users (not apps). reinstalled Parallels v14.1.3 the latest I own. for all other users it works fine but for this one user it fails to start. the help me link takes me to help for unable to start parallels service. which is odd as this same app is working for other ID's
too what could it be that is particular for this one user id that prevents me from starting parallels? and since this is my primary id it has all of my keychain entries so I'm hesitant to toss it and create a new account.
