Can we rename Applications on the Dock?

Just a quick question, no biggie, but I'm wondering if there's a way we can rename applications we put in the Dock.

Internet Explorer appears OK (shows up as "Internet Explorer"), however, some other applications like Outlook show up as "OUTLOOK.EXE"

Anyone figure a way to change this?
 
I'm going to answer my own question lol

Right click on the application name in the Finder, choose "Show in Finder", it'll highlight the application (usually ends in .app).

Simply rename this file and your Dock item will be renamed.

In case anyone wanted to know.
