If you mean an OEM license vs Retail / Volume license, then I'd caution against it based on how they work. Now a days, a license is tied to the specific hardware it's being installed to. It creates a key that takes into account whatever the hardware identifiers are for said hardware. IDK how Parallels does it's HIDs, but I'd imagine that they're pretty randomized, so if you delete the VM, it becomes corrupt and needs rebuilt, etc, then there's a good chance you'll nuke that license.

Keep in mind that you only need a license for some features as the OS will run just fine for testing or basic use. You won't be able to personalize it and a few other things many may not notice, but it'll run fine. That's how people do their hardware test benches.
