Can Windows be installed back to a PC from a Mac using Parallels

I have installed Windows 7 from my PC to my Mac using Parallels 7 and it works fine. I have been using the PC for another operating system. I am having problems with the Mac that Tech support cannot resolve and they want me to take it to the Genius bar so they can wipe the drive and reinstall Lion. My question is, is there a way to reinstall Windows 7 back to my PC using Parallels or another program? I would hate to lose all my work.

I had an issue with my W7 VM and I used the clone capability. So I suggest you clown to an external drive then clone it back to your drive after the genius bar has done their thing. If you can't do this try connecting to another mac in target mode and navigating to the VM directory and copying across. I think you can reconnect in parallels when you reinstall.
