Can Windows be told to use the OS X network connection?

I want my Windows (running virtually from OS X) to connect to the Internet using OS X. I have a dev environment setup on OS X and I'm really just looking to test things in Internet Explorer, but the local server isn't accessible to my Virtual Windows.

Any ideas?
