Can you disable shift+space from switching language in Windows?

Under Hardware >> Mouse & Keyboard >> Open Shortcut Preferences, shift+space is reserved for switching language for guest Windows OS.
There is a checkbox in front of the option, but it's grayed out.
Is there a way to disable this? I'd like to use that particular combination for something else.
