Can you use Vista in boot camp via parallels 3?

I did a search of the forum, and the results confused me. I'm using version 2 right now, and in version 2 you can't use Parallels with a Boot Camp partition that has Vista. Is this possible in version 3?

But I need another licence to activate it. (I already used my licence on diskimaged VM.)

Ok, I might not have been clear. I currently have Vista installed on Boot Camp, therefore, I do have a license. I'm wondering if this is possible, since it isn't possible in version 2.
