Hello. I had signed up for parallels with my student account, but graduated and lost access to the email. Could you please help stop the auto renewal. The registered email was 1221104722@student.mmu.edu.my. The license key is 6J9GBE-G426V3-ZRDMMD-XBCCMQ-EKPNFQ.

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your subscription. As per your request, we have successfully disabled the auto-renewal feature for your subscription.

This means your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After this date, your subscription will not renew, and you will no longer be charged.
