Cancel my Subscription

I want to cancel my subscriptions for my parallels products. Auto-renewal was turned on and I want it turned off and my product subscriptions canceled so I don't pay for these products that I am not using anymore.

I tried to cancel my subscription, but it would not cancel. Now it has renewed it allows me to cancel but the subscription stays until 2025! I tried Parallels and it was too complicated, I definitely do not want to pay 99E for it. Please can you refund my subscription?

We observed that this payment was made via the AppStore, please note that Apple does not permit returns or offer refunds for products purchased through the App Store, including Parallels Desktop. As such, Parallels can't process returns or refunds for Parallels Desktop sold by Apple.
