I want to cancel my subscriptions for my parallels products. Auto-renewal was turned on and I want it turned off and my product subscriptions canceled so I don't pay for these products that I am not using anymore.

Hi I tried to cancel my subscription, but it would not cancel. Now it has renewed it allows me to cancel but the subscription stays until 2025! I tried Parallels and it was too complicated, I definitely do not want to pay 99E for it. Please can you refund my subscription?
