I want to cancel my sub and there is literally no option or way to do this from within my account. This is absolutely an attempt to scam customers! First you make auto renewal mandatory and then you don't give an option to cancel the sub or even change credit card details?? Seriously?? I DO NOT want an auto renewal and I want my sub canceled by the end of my billing period. Very angry that I have had to waste 20 minutes of my my life navigating to this random chat just to cancel a sub!
