Hi, I would like to cancel my auto renewal subscription for license ref: I would also like to note that Cleverbridge has made it impossible to cancel subscriptions through Parallels user accounts. This is not acceptable to me and it shouldn't be to any customer. This is an extremely poor practise and the reverse of what a product company should be facilitating. If I do not receive notification of the cancellation via support and further payment is taken at renewal from my bank account I will be taking formal action. Regards, Tony
