I have tried both Parallels and Cleverbridge for help with this, but with no success, so I am posting here (this seems to be a recurring theme with this company). My auto renewal is due to kick-in, however my key is not connected to my account so I am unable to cancel the auto-renewal. Your customer service / support is beyond woeful, hence having to use this channel. Can you please get back to me and cancel the auto-renewal. Thank you
