I had the same problem. I managed to cancel directly by finding the email from Cleverbridge when I signed up for Parallels nearly a year ago. If that's how you came in, you can follow a series of links in that email to cancel the Parallels subscription online. (Cleverbridge manage the Parallels subscription system.)
Otherwise it's really hard to cancel. It looks like you have to post on the forums and hope that an admin will explain it to you.
