Cancelling Subscrition for

Hello,

I need to cancel a subscription for an account that we no longer have access to, nor know the email associated with it. The reference I currently have is a bank charge from last month. Please contact me at will@5thgait.com with details on how to cancel this subscription.

Hi Pramesh, please note that we do not have access to this account, nor the email associated with it. This is a charge being tolled to our account with no reference and no user. The only option our side has available is mailing our bank a stop payment order, which may put in jeopardy our other tracked and used licenses.
