Cannot Access Account, Cannot Receive Password Reset Email, and Cannot Cancel Subscription

    Hello Support,

    I need urgent help with my Parallels subscription and account access.

    I purchased Parallels several years ago and I have tried to reset my password through the normal "Forgot Password" process, but I never receive the password reset email. I have checked my junk folder and tried multiple times, but nothing arrives.

    Because I cannot log in, I also cannot access the normal support page to submit a ticket or manage my subscription. This creates a closed loop: I need support because I cannot log in, but I am required to log in before I can contact support. This meant I had to create a new account just to get your customer service.

    I need Parallels to manually help me locate my account/subscription and cancel the auto-renewal immediately.

    I have already tried contacting Parallels through X and Facebook. X has not replied. Facebook replied, but when I tried to send the requested verification information, my Facebook account was restricted by Facebook's security system. I also tried contacting support by email, but I have not received any response so far.

    I am very disappointed with this support process. I have never experienced such a difficult cancellation process before. Customers should not be locked out of support simply because they cannot access their account, especially when the issue is related to billing and auto-renewal.

    Please contact me by private message. I need confirmation that my auto-renewal has been cancelled.
