Cannot access Factory Master through Parallels anymore

    Factory Master is an ERP system hosted on the cloud. I cannot access it currently because the 'client loader' app does not open. However, I can successfully log on to Factory Master through a VPN connection to a local terminal. Do you have any ideas? It stopped working just over a week ago.
