Cannot activate parallels toolbox

I have two keys of Parallels desktop Mac pro edition.

Today I found one of the two keys ending with 56HX did not work. It reported the license server does not accept your production license. However, this key works fine with my Parallels desktop 17.

I saw some similar cases in the forum.

And if the issue still persists please share the screenshot of the error message here.
