Cannot activate, reached its activation limit

    I just got my Mac back from support and I had to reinstall everything. It says now:
    "This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies."

    no way to fix this I've tried everything and https://kb.parallels.com/123461 seems outdated
