cannot add activation key to toolbox

I have swapped to a different user on the same Mac, but I cannot find anywhere to add the activation key. it just says it is licensed, however free memory etc is missing

as per question, yeah both users are myself but different accounts (need to delete from original) on same Mac. hope that makes
