Cannot browse control panel and sites

    Hello everyone,

    I am a newbie here. I want to relay my problem regarding plesk.

    We cannot view the plesk control panel(https://ipadress:8443) and all of its sites. The ff are the error:

    SSL connection error.

    Unable to make a secure connection to the server. This may be a problem with the server, or it may be requiring a client authentication certificate that you don't have.

    Below is the original error message

    Error 107 (net::ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR): SSL protocol error.


    Upon checking at event viewer at the server, the error are the ff:

    The system cannot find the file specified. [Error code 2] at Unable to connect to pipe \\. \pipe\psapipe
    at (Con::ClientOverlappedPipe::create line 502)
    at get shared instance of PleskSvrClient(PleskSrvClient::getInstance line 256)
    at Unable to execute CU(wmain line 89)
    Execute file name: C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\vzcp_auth.exe


    The version of the plesk is 8.6.0
    Windows Server 2003

    Could you help me to fix this?

    I got the solution on this problem

    Just go to command prompt and run this command :

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\sso.exe -d

    Just go to command prompt and run this command :

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\sso.exe -d
