Cannot change display scale of desktop

Hi,
the desktop of it was Zoomed in and I cannot change the setting. When I changed it to 125% and restarted the parallel, everything on the desktop is still very large.
I have tried several times but it doesn't work. The scale is just like the image.View attachment 14087
