Cannot change documents between two OS X systems

Bit poster
Hello!
I have OS X Monterey as host and OS X El Capitan as guest installed.
I am unable to change documents between both.
Also I cannot use the copy paste funktion from one to another.
Do anyone know why?
I thought to have done everything right... See screenshots...

1. Mac menu bar > Apple logo > System Preferences > Security & Privacy > unlock > "Files and Folders" > check Parallels Desktop
2. Mac menu bar > Apple logo > System Preferences > Security & Privacy > unlock > "Full disk access" > check Parallels Desktop
