Cannot change email address

I just purchased Parallels for Mac, and accidentally typed my email address in wrong when setting up the account. Now, I cannot change my email address because to do so I am prompted to follow instructions for "Web Browser Verification" that is being sent to the invalid email address that cannot be retrieved. I think this is also affecting my ability to activate Windows installation. Thank you for any help.
 
(I posted the above request by logging into an old parallels account. I cannot post from the account in question for the same reason, as I am not able to confirm the bad email address)
