Cannot Connect To Internet In Windows 7 on Mac OS Lion

After upgrading to Parallels 7, I can no longer access the internet in Windows 7. I have a Windows XP virtual machine which works with the internet just fine. The issue is only with Windows 8. It doesn't seem to connect at all. I have changed the settings for this VM to use Shared, Bridged, and all others, and none have seemed to work.

Any ideas? I'm at a loss. My hunch is that its related specifically to this Virtual Machine since my other ones work just fine.
