Cannot connect USB Device

When I try to connect a camera device to the USB port I get a message that the device is already being used. It instructs me to manaully delete the program that is blocking the device but I do not know what program that is.

Any idea what I should do? The USB is set to auto connect in parallels.

I have not read the latest release notes but I believe WebCams are not yet support - with the exception of ISight in the latest build 3150
