Cannot download Parallels Desktop 18 - only newer versions available

Hello,

I own a Parallels Desktop 18 (2022) perpetual license,
which is registered in my Parallels account.

However, Parallels Desktop 18 is no longer visible in the download list.
Only newer versions are shown, which require an upgrade.

I no longer have the installer file, and I cannot contact support
because the support page requires a subscription.

Could a Parallels staff member please provide
the official download link for Parallels Desktop 18 for Mac
or advise how I can obtain it?
