Cannot download Windows 10 Development Environment Trial

Whenever I try to download it, it attempts to for a couple of seconds and then says "The Network Connection has been lost". I've tried doing it multiple times today, and it returns the same statement every time. My internet is blazingly fast and I can connect/browse the internet/play video games/stream- but for some reason, it will not download parallels. I have sufficient space left (40 GB left on my mac, parallels only takes 18.9 GB).

Is this a common problem? I have time warner cable internet, 150-250 MBPS download speed. What is the problem?
