Cannot drag and copy in Excel

Hello Parallels users,
I haven't been able to find a post on this, or anything in the preferences, but CTRL + drag does not seem to work in Excel.
Usually in Windows (and Mac), when you hold down the CTRL (Alt on Mac) key, you'll see a + icon on the Excel hand cursor, but this simply doesn't appear in Parallels.
Is this possible?

Please perform the below steps & let us know how it works.
1. Right-click on the Parallels Desktop icon in the Dock > Preferences.
2. Open Shortcuts tab > System Shortcuts tab.
3. Send system shortcuts > Change as " Always ".
