I loaded windows 7 home premium 64 bit on to parallels and then I tried to drag and drop a folder from my mac to windows, but it doesn't work. I researched this problem and found what I thought to be an easy fix, all I had to do was install parallels tools. One problem, it was already installed. So I clicked re-install for good measure, clicked yes on the pop-up box, and.... Nothing happened. I tried once more to drag and drop but still nothing. So then I tried using file-sharing but apparently that doesn't work either. I have even tried re-installing Parallels, but it's still not working. Please help!
